the double-sided tape that comes with the kit is crap as far as I am concerned. Maybe you will have better luck with it. Make sure the wax is stripped from the lower paint on your car, and that the sideskirts are very clean before you apply the tape.
You will be reusing the bottom front fender well hole/screw, and will be creating a new hole in the rear fenderwells. You will also be putting three holes and screws on the underside of the car.
hey what power is your drill? 12v 14v 20v? I have no drill setl and buying one just to use for my s2k. Also if this is straight from comptech how is the fit?? screws were self tapping??
what was the hardest part about the install? I will buy 3m tape from home depot. can one person just do the job?

Not sure about drill power... its heavy duty, though...
The screws are self tapping, but good luck. I broke several drill bits just making the pilot holes.
Fit was fine straight from comptech. I would advise you pre-install completely before painting just to be sure. Also, that way you will already have your holes pre-drilled in the skirts, meaning less chance to fudge something up after you get the nice paint job.
One person can do the job, yes. Not too bad in that respect. It helps to have someone hold the skirts during fitment, but not necessary.
Hardest part was getting the front screw hole lined up. According to the instructions it is supposed to be pre-marked. Had mine painted before I looked, so I had no guide whatsoever on where to place the screw. Had to do extensive measuring and praying that I would get it right. Luckily I was perfect on one side and near perfect on the other, which required a little massaging to get close to perfect fitment.
You are also going to need to have a good floor jack to do this....
Have any more questions, feel free to ask...
