The biggest benefit with going with a stiffer front bar is to keep your inside rear tyre on the ground during autocrossing. Stock tyres do not generate enough grip to be an issue, but with stickier compounds you can overcome the stock bars stiffness and lift a tyre. The Hondas torsen rear diff is useless once this happens. It need both wheels on the ground to work.

If you go with a stiffer rear bar as well, you will reduce body roll may partly negate the affect of the stiffer front bar on the rear end.

Each situation is different so It might be hard to predict with out knowing all the variables.

Changing the rear bar will also knock you out of stock class.

i rarly auto X but i do would want the car to grip the road n huges the turns... does upgrading the rear bar makes the car more oversteer?? or under steer??

More prone to oversteer. If you're not hardecore into autocross/tracking you probably don't need a bigger rear bar.

^^ i like a car that over steer more then under.. i did this mod in my prelude & love it.. just wondering if it has the same effect on an ap1 even tho is rwd..
