Default Concerning sparkplugs.

My car's idle's been jumping for awhile now, sometimes dropping to very low rpm. When I listen to my exhaust tone in idle, I hear some short of "jumping" sort of pattern, almost like misfire, and one time I was starting my car today, the car kinda bogged to start. I remember some where that it was because of the sparkplugs. So anyhow which leads to my questions, what kind of sparkplugs are good, and where's the cheapest place to get them?

and ofcourse feel free to disagree with my diagnostics with your own input.

thanks

Im pretty sure that most go for Denso Iridium. These are supposed to be superior to the OEM plugs from what I have gathered here.

Do a search on these and you should find some useful info possibly including where to get them. Most auto parts retailers should either stock them or have access though.

As far as diagnostics.....

Have you changed your fuel supplier recently?
If you have crap in the fuel then it is going to cause symptoms similar to what you have described. Or maybe you need to put through some injector cleaner to clear out the crap from bad fuel.

Have you tried resetting your ECU?
Some people that have had your symptoms have reset their ECU and the prob has disappeared. Do a search for how to do this.

Other than these simple quickies I will leave it up to those who have better knowledge about our engines.

nope haven't changed fuel supplier since ever! I believe I tried resetting the ECU before, and it didn't help. I will try again though.

I just ordered some IK24 Denso Iridium sparkplugs, hopefully they'll fix the problem.
