condensation inside MY 04 tail lights
Has anyone experienced this problem? I am sure that it's not water leaking inside but it might be caused by the different temperature inside the tail light housing and the outside air. I noticed that it happened after I washed the car and left it sitting in the sun. Any ideas? suggestions?

here's what the experts say:
"Anytime that you reduce the temperature of an object below the surrounding air (Ambient in most cases), the colder object will experience the formation of condensation"
could this be what's happening? cold water makes the outside of the lens cold and the sun heats it up causing condensation

I have had no troubles in mine. The lens should be free from moisture inside to begin with. Perhaps it was poorly installed and they cracked the housing enough to let the air in. I'd definitely get it replaced. Don't settle for a repair. You bought a new car for that reason.
Though I don't own an S yet, I've had similar problems with sealed headlights in the past. Even a hairline crack somewhere in the back will allow humidity, and ultimately visible moisture in. I agree, replace it.

Your are right guys ... my theory can go to hell.. lol
tonight i carefully looked inside the housing and there actually was a little drop of water under the reverse light lens.... so that's what caused the moisture.. I removed the bulbs and with a hairdrier blew hot air inside the housing until it was perfectly dry(works great!). I think the water might have leaked in from the top... a little bit of clear silicone should take care of it...
P.S.
if it was under warranty I would have it replaced
