Anyone want to sell their unused* cover to me? I'll pay the $60 quoted in this thread over Paypal, and $20 (or actual cost, whatever is higher) shipping to Palatine IL (60067), UPS ground.

Email me if you are interested, Christopher (DOT) Stack (AT) mac (DOT) com.

*Unused as in you're not using it, not necessarily as in "never been used." I do want a new-condition one, however. Not the one with the spides all over it mentioned in the thread
you've got email....

no doubt the car looks better & the vert mechanism stays cleaner if CTC is used regularly ...

but it makes no sense if you're in & out of the car & the top is going up & down a few times during the day...

IMHO - this is the poorest design element of the S2000. It's just not good.

YMMV.

I'd use mine more often except for the fact that the two metal tabs pop out from the back every time I go highway speed. I've tried storing it in the sun and "stretching it," but no improvement.

Anybody else have this issue? How did you resolve it (is the top itself not traveling far enough down, or is it a defective cover)?
