Having seen x's car in person, I can tell you that the covers sit so tight on the seat that I thought his seats were made of that material. He had to tell me they were covers.
That sounds awesome, they look good too.

For seat covers, those actually look like they fit great! I may go this route and pickup a pair for the cold winter months here.

Looks like it should help for the Texas summers. I am going to ponder on this. Thanks for the link x.

I sat in the Okole seats a while back when I worked at a Honda/Toyota dealer (the car was a trade in which came with them). At the time I had no idea what their purpose was and immediately felt hot after sitting in the car after 5 minutes.

I will tell you guys though that I sweat more than the average person which is why I need a seat cooler. I suffer from hiper-hidrosis. Thanks to member omgvtec for bringing up Katzkin as I will contact them tomoroow for a custom order.

I have the Wet Okole seat covers as well. For me, they are just as hot in the summer down here in Florida as the leather.

The material is a Closed Cell Neoprene Nylon Laminated Waterproof foam that provides good insulation but does not breath at all. In the summer, by back will be soaked.

I would love a chilled seat option.

There you have it. Different reactions from different people.

What's the point of having leather if you can't enjoy it? It all comes down to preference, so I will ask: If there was an option for leather or this wet suit material/cloth seats, what would you have gone for?

Note: xviper's "plain" seat covers do look much better than the ones pictured on the website.

I would have prefered "cloth" over the cheap-ass leather that Honda put in these cars. Haver you looked at your side bolsters lately?

That's a good point. I had less than 15,000 miles on mine and the side bolsters were already showing wear on the driver side.
