Default COSCO Front Sway install question

Hey, Just got my COSCO sway bar and the instructions are in japanese!

Does anyone have a quick install instruction for the bushings included?
I searched and didn't find anything..
Thanks!

I was going to get a COSCO sway bar as well, but they're only sold by the dozen, and I don't need that many.
