I have looked and searched for the past hour or so and couldn't find any pics of where the vin labels are supposed to be on an AP2 so could someone help me out?
I am going to start looking for for my new S2K and really want an accident free vehicle.

They are on every panel on the car. It is a small label, one on each bumper in plain view. If you don't see them, then you bumper were replaced. Yu are not going to find a picture of where they are on the site. I think there is a diagram in the helms manual.

The VIN number is also located on the dashboard in plain sight through the bottom of the windshield.

While you are at it, check that the glass is OEM Honda.
