So, I inadvertently discovered that the CR wing creates more downforce than I thought. I had opened my trunk, but forgot and got in the car and started it to go get gas down the street. I noticed the trunk light was on, and figured that as long as I didn't brake hard, I would be okay for the half mile or so.

The trunk light went off during the drive to the gas station, and I never hit more than 45mph. I double checked to make sure the trunk was actually closed at the gas station and it was.

I guess the wing is more effective than I thought.

Roads are pretty smooth in the OC...

 

Or you hit a bump
