[I should have said creases, not cracks]

My seat has been creased (on the left driver seat ribcage area) for a bit now, but I never worried too much until today. I noticed what seems to be a tiny hole. I didn't want to fuss with it too much (and make it worse). The tiny pin prick type hole is the beggining of the end for my seats, isn't it?

What now? I have been pretty good about conditioning the seats. I use Armor All leather protectant/cleaner. I suppose I could have done a better job, but you know how things like that creap up on you.

If the seats get worse, is purchasing a new seat my only option? Has anyone seen/done restorations?

Cheers,
Paul

Armor All leather protectant/cleaner is bad stuff. Do not use it on leather -- it will shorten the life of the leather, not extend it.

What? Why is that?

I suppose you have reason to believe it does, but how can the product stay on the market? That's absurd!

I use coach leather cleaner and moisturizer. Expensive but works like a charm.

Thanks Rick,

WTF. I guess I took them at their word ("protects and cleans"). I have been using it for a year. Wonderful!

I may as well been buying a brillo pad chammi.
