again - thank god you were wearing the belt...

seriously... take it easy and get checked out by a doctor 5 days or so after the accident to see if anything is wrong (swelling can hide a LOT).

What you need to do immediately is get a lawyer!
The last thing you want is a lawyer. Handle it yourself. Stay away from the lawyers. You do not need a lawyer. That would be a HUGE mistake.
