I know in Canada we do, I'm sure the US is the same.

Yes, cruise control is standard on the S2K in America, as is air conditioning; however, we don't get the headlight washers (thank goodness). We also get the single in-dash CD player. I understand that the cassette player is standard over seas.

Cruise control is a nice option in the states when you're on an interstate highway sometimes for hours on end.

Yeah... I like that it is standard on US spec Stooks and I use it quite frequently actually. I particularly like the fact that you can set it at even over 90mph when the road is clear.

Is it an option in Europe and Japan? I thought that Ronald from my home country the Netherlands told me some time ago that it isn't even available, or something like that! But maybe I am mistaking?

I took a trip in my S2000 from Houston to Santa Monica California last summer. I was able to drive the car much of the way in cruise control, passing cars was even fun - just use your fingers. 6th gear has detent power if you're already at 70-80 (I got stopped for going 100 - ticket, bad)

I'm very impressed with the cc in this car, I set it traveling through Kentucky last year and over very hilly highways it didn't deviate from 75mph once.

The CC on the US stook is very good. It can also keep you from getting in trouble with Barney Fife and the boys in Mayberry.....
