How funny - I think it might be able to hold a bit more than the trunk!

I'm obviously lacking in imagination - I put canned drinks in it. They're short enough to not interfere with shifting and if you use one of those thin wet-suit style can coolers it fits tight and doesn't rattle. Plus absorbs less heat from the tunnel.

For those big drinks, I went to Wal-Mart and bought a hang-on-the-window style cupholder, cut off the window hook, and drilled a key-hole shaped hole in it (so it's removeable). I put a single black screw in the side of the tunnel (passenger side) to hang it by and it works great. If I remove the screw the carpet will hide the hole and you'd never know it was there.

Too bad the US doesn't sell those 6oz soda like they sell in Europe.
With the shorter cans.
That would fit good and not get in the way of hour hands and arms.

Better yet, put Forever Black on it. It will definitely return to it's original blackness, if not more.
