Default Cure for Hazey Paint?

Dear member,

I was de-badging my car last night and this morning when i saw my car in the light i noticed that the paint around the old "s2000" emblem was hazey.
I think this was due to the fact that i was rubbing pretty hard to get the excessive sticky stuff off with a combination of "goo-gone", which totally didn't work.

I have a sebring, and i was wondering what could be done to fix this.

Any advise would help.

Thank you.

maybe try some 3M rubbing compound, or check with a body shop. Goo Gone never works on anything for me. The best thing is some no run spray on bug and tar remover.

Try Scratch-Out by Kit. Should be near the car waxesin a small yellow bottle. It's cheap, it's gentle and it works. I've even used it on the rear plastic window!
