-full time student: computer science major, mathematics minor
-part time employee at local honda dealership(very fun job and get to work with the cars i love).
-first drove a MY00 back in fall of 99, waited three years for honda to fix most problems(like rear glass window, transmission, new oil jet bolts, etc, etc, etc) and bought mine last february(2003). i really did my research on this car.

EDIT: the dealership i bought from had like 5 s2000's in stock, especially the color i wanted (gpw). negotiated for only 2 days and walked out once, they called me the next day and offerd 29,500. went in the next day and i bought it for 31,400 OTD with oem front lip. best buying experience i ever had(maybe it was so damn cold and snowy they just wanted to get rid of the s2000's).

I waited a couple days while they found my color at another dealer for a dealer trade.

Friend told me about the S2000 at work. I went to dealership to see for myself, and left the dealership in a new S2000. It looked too good under the showroom lights not to buy.
