Default Custom Fabricated Dual Exhaust?

Hi, I did a search but came up with some posts but nothing real helpful. If anyone also has pics/vids of their custom setups I'd appreciate it. My goal is purely sound, something that will give a little deeper noise but not droning/boominess. I have not yet check with a local muffler shop but would like to get some insight on the boards first. Thanks.

P.S. I was thinking about removing the OEM resonator and adding a testpipe, wonder if it would sound any good.

dont make your car overly loud if you can help it. i just removed my duals and put on a single canister. the muffler shop guy had a generic one laying around i picked up really cheap and it sounds nice. its mellow and quite untill you go WOT then its pretty mean sounding. i say cut the stock mufflers off and put on a euro muffler and leave it unless you want to do a test pipe, but if you do that make sure it is resonated. ill get you a picture tomorrow if you want it. (you said duals and mines a single but just my .02)

What do you mean euro mufflers? I was planning on the T1R testpipe. I'd appreciate a pic of your setup, thanks.

you don't want a 'muffler shop' to fabricate an exhaust for you. if you want to just toss on some new mufflers, like MagnaFlows, that route is fine, but for a whole custom exhaust, you should go to a race/fabrication shop.
