Siepel is correct. I used to do the lasered 'S2000' logo and also the logo and shift pattern combined. In fact I still have these sitting around but I ceased selling them when other vendors started getting letters from Honda. They were never coloured though. They're 50mm in diameter (which I believe is the same diameter as a 'Voodoo magnum'.

I think you answer you are looking for is that the counter sunk knobs that a lot of people (including me) have and love are offered by 2 of our site sponsors.

Muz

and

Rick's

the 4ig one mentioned would be difficult to find because 4ig went out of business and in the process ripped a few people off.

I'd highly suggest getting a shift pattern engraved one and painting it your self. Sometimes you can get an s2000 one (I have one engraved) from people on the site selling their old ones (do a WTB post). It looks like Muz may have some lying around that he doesn't sell but PM him and see if he'll send you one free with the purchase of some quality austrailian air

I have the Muz Anodized clear 6 speed knob and leather shift knob sock. Fits perfectly, I can remove it easily at any time to add to my stereo, and it was cheap! Great vendor, great mod, and great looking knob.
