The windows are actually clear and see-through. The reason why the seats don't show through, is that if the seats are put near the back of their travel (true for myself and most drivers over 5'8" or so) then the seats are behind the window, so are not visible from a straight on side view. I had though about moving them up to be able to see them with a hard top on, but when I moved them that far forward they looked a bit ridiculous. Perhaps in the future I will make the seat placement adjustable for those who are more vertically challenged.

Are you guys putting in your screen name when you create your image? If not your image will be over written by the next person who doesn't enter a name.

Other than that I can only imagine it has something to do with my server being slow at times...

Edit: checked your source and can see that yes you do put your name in, going to look into it more, but I haven't had the issue yet so it is hard to trouble shoot.
