That is odd, I just tried the different misc changes and had no problems...

I didn't retest after the latest ie upgrade and donate button additions.

Correct. Donate to a specific part, or to the car from the main menu. Parts who's bar is full get done sooner then ones who aren't. Additional cars will be created when their bars fill.

How about a few new front bumpers? The Mugen and C-West are the first two that come to mind.

EDIT: My bad, should've checked the parts request list beforehand. I see those have both been requested already.
