Talking Customizable Embroidered Hats! FINISHED SAMPLE

These hats can be ordered through THIS THREAD.

We are providing the S2000 community with fully custom hats. You can choose the hat style, hat color, embroidery logos, embroidery color, embroidery size, and embroidery location. If the hats are successful, I will expand to shirts and windbreakers.

This is our selection of hats:

http://www.pacificheadwear.com/products.php

We are using Fitted Baseball Hats and various Beanies from Pacific Headwear.

However, I can easily get anything on that site if you would prefer a visor or other unique hat. We can also accommodate requests for specific brands of hats (zephyr, New Era etc.).

The hats are "M2 Performance" hats. They come in 3 different fitted universal sizes, so they still fit snugly. They are made out of a material similar to that of baseball/football practice pants. It's light, breathable, and very comfortable while being extraordinarily durable and stain resistant. I bought a blank hat off the embroider for myself the moment I touched it.

At this point, the standard embroidery options are the S, Ap1 tachometer, S2000 shift pattern, and the ignition button (the trademark logo is unavailable). The locations, colors, and sizes are your choice.

I am finished with the AP2 tach, but due to accumulating setup costs, I can only offer the AP2 tach initially as a GROUP BUY. If you're interested in 8k, shoot me a PM, and I'll get a group buy going.

This is just an example. You can select your own combinations of logos (ie. just an S and an ignition button on the back) The ignition button is also available on the back of the hat. It says "START" on a red button with a silver frame.

A baseball hat exactly like the shown sample is $25 with your choice of hat color and the logo colors.

Beanies with the same embroidery are $24.

Due to the custom nature and small volume of these hats, there may be up to a month wait before your order ships.

If you choose simpler or smaller designs, we will reduce the price.

These patterns will also be available on my Roof Liners, Center Console Covers (Carbon Fiber vinyl available), Soft Top Covers, and Lap Shrouds.

If the hats are successful, I'll begin producing shirts and jackets too.

Interesting. I'll play around with the idea.

a few other members of our local forum have gotten a few over the yearson our own at local embroidery shops where we have contacts:

I like the idea of a tach hat. The shift pattern doesnt do anything for me though.

9k tach hat.

Maybe exaggerate the curve to fit better on a hat?

It probably will need to be modified for the front of the hat. I'll make that call tomorrow when the embroiderer and I get a look at the sample.

I would personally like the shift pattern on one side, and the S on the other side - of a stocking cap that fits like a beanie.

Then you shall have it. I can do basically anything you want if you request it or send me a specific article of clothing that you want to customize.

I am thinking about doing the "engine start" button with "LET THE FUN BEGIN" around it.

I hope this goes well so that I can start offering nice windbreakers in colors to match your cars.
