Default Daily Driver

I was just wondering how many owners are using their cars as daily drivers or do you guys have something else to drive on the weekdays to work?

Daily driver. I work 10mi from home but have put 3200mi on the car in about 5 weeks

I'm considering getting a beater as I don't want to put that much stress on the car indefinitively

My trip to work is over 50miles round trip. I work in a ghetto part of town and the roads are pathetic. Therefore I drive the beater to work....

It's the daily drive when the weather is nice (don't feel like dropping the top when I leave home, putting it back up in the company parking lot, and then go through the whole process again in the evening). For the rest of the time I've got an SUV.

I work for an oil company, and it's very satisfying to put the car in the parking lot next to the Porsches of our traders (who make waaaaaayyyyy more money than me).

New member here. This may sound a little odd, but my daily driver is a '68 Corvette, 327, 4-speed, just under 60K original miles.
