daily driver?
We have 3 other cars. Escalade, Civic Si, and a 2001 taffeta white Civic coupe. I daily drove mine for the first 2 years, and then I bought other cars. When u live in Florida, your paint takes a beating from the sun. Those old guys with the pristine car in the garage, were my inspiration!!!
I have always hated having one car. Even when I was 20, I had 2 cars. My 2001 Civic gets 37/38 MPG on regular fuel. It's actually stealing a lot of money from my S2000. Being that the OEM lip kit has been discontinued, if I find something, I have to buy it or miss out.

32 here, married with 2 small kids, and I DD mine. Just sold my M3 a week or two ago and now it's (temporarily) my only car - I'm picking up a 2010 135i this week. I would have kept it as my only car, but I need to have something with four seats if my wife is in a pinch and I need to shuttle the kids someplace.
I bought the stook to be a replacement for my turbo miata, which I used primarily for back roads drives with my son. He likes the s2k more than the Miata, but only because I raised the seat for him a bit. Normally it sits a little low for him to have ideal visibility (he's almost 4).
I have the wife's 2011 Sienna for hauling stuff, and can borrow my father's pickup if I need to haul dirty stuff (mulch, shrubs, etc).
With the aftermarket head unit so I can bluetooth in pandora from my iphone, I don't miss too many of the creature comforts of my former M3 DD. Then again, it's not winter yet, and I'm sure the heated seats are going to be missed during those cold months. I'm still looking for a good way to mount my iphone so I can use it for Nav.
