wow Sondra, so you're saying even V1 can't detect the instant on type radar detector? that kinda puts a dent in the effectiveness of the V1, right?

I'm disappointed in you, Sondra. First that you would perpetrate such a blatant disregard for law enforcement by speeding like this in a school zone where there are nuns and little children playing all around, lots of cute little bunny rabbits hopping about and right next to the school for the blind.
Such behavior should not be "rewarded" by a mere warning. I will have to see if Officer Bob in Asheville can pull some strings to issue you a real ticket...
Secondly, I know you are new to the world of digital photography, but it's just inexcusable when you don't take a picture of the officer. It's simply a matter of course in the S2000. Pictures are mandatory...you may have to give up your S2000 as a result of this infraction.
Carry on, but PLEASE, drive safely out there...you wouldn't want to hit a nun or a bunny rabbit in a school for the blind crossing zone...

A) what I was wereing would not have mattered
B) me being completely courteous would not got me anything
And I would be calling an attorney by now and probably end up spending $300+ getting a REAL ticket fixed.
I agree getting pulled over sucks, but you won't get a lot of sympathy from me. Maybe that's because I got hit with a 77 in a 55 last Thursday and the fine ALONE is $200...
I have NEVER gotten out of a ticket. In fact, when I was younger, I got harrassed by the local PD because I fought and won on a ticket (over 100 in a 55 MPH). After that every time I left my driveway I was pulled over. Looking suspicious, not stopping BEHIND a stop sign (bumper was 6" in front of sign), several others. The best was for tinted windows (before the law), they made me peel them off right then and there. So don't feel bad guys. Not all females get out of tickets.
Could someone explain to me what one should take pictures of after getting pulled over?!?!? The officer? The place where you were? (as in get out of the car???) I'm guessing it would be to have hard evidence of where and whom pulled you over in case you wanted to fight the ticket/tickets in court, right? You would think this would piss the cop off though if you are like, "Let me take a picture of you!"...There must be something I'm missing...
