Yup, I'd hate anyone damaging my car.

valeted my car the other night...got it back, had more grinding going into 2nd. -_-.

its all good i guess, the grind is gone again.

they probably took it up to 9K and BAM, missed 2nd gear. (I did it a couple times before I got used to it...the 2nd doesnt like to engage nicely on these cars...)

At least they didn't act like nothing happened, and then if you notice it they play dumb. If you drive off and notice it later and come back they would be like "we didn't do that", and you would be screwed probably since you left adn can't prove anything.

That kid worked that week for free. Glad to hear they took responsibility.

wait wait wait, you let someone drive your S without you present...that shit never happens. if i do have to drop cars off for anything i make sure to let them know that i know exact mileage and for all the little things i do myself.

They owned up to it - thats a big .

With that being said, I'm kinda a freak when it comes to people (tint, stereo, dealer etc) drive my car. I'll go out with them, and show them the basics, puch to start, down for reverse, mention that it has a long nose, so dont scrape the bumper etc etc.

Doesnt hurt that I have a seat that pretty much requires no more than a 34 in waist - so often they let me drive my car in the bay

Your the one that was inconvienced so the extra they gave is only compensation for their mistake. You deserve the extra for your time that you must spend getting your car back to its original condition. They may have been nice about it but it was the only right thing to do.

That sucks about the lip & bumper, but it's good they owned up to their mistake and reimbursed you.

To the RSX guy> Glad to hear they reimbursed him. I hope that worker gets what he deserves. This goes to discredit the other thread about backing up how teenagers have come along way. The bad apples like this guy ruin a teenager's rep.
