That sucks about the lip & bumper, but it's good they owned up to their mistake and reimbursed you.

To the RSX guy> Glad to hear they reimbursed him. I hope that worker gets what he deserves. This goes to discredit the other thread about backing up how teenagers have come along way. The bad apples like this guy ruin a teenager's rep.
yup he did but he ended up getting an EP3 with the money instead and starting fixing that up.

wait wait wait, you let someone drive your S without you present...that shit never happens. if i do have to drop cars off for anything i make sure to let them know that i know exact mileage and for all the little things i do myself.
don't get me wrong.. i'm pretty ocd about anyone else driving my car but I know the shop owner pretty well and the kid was his son.. he's a good kid.. just made a mistake.. i have to admit i was pissed, but i vented in an acceptable manner.. besides my friends house is literally down the street i can look outside and see my car being worked on.. so don't think i just let anyone drive the S.. i've been a returning customer with this shop for a little whiles now.. very honest fellas there.. i'd still take it back for stereo service and what not.. but only now i will be the one to pull into the service bay.. but i am over it and just want to move on..

reminds me of an old story when a shop almost damaged my 6speed matrix right in front of my eyes. it was a downhill parking spot. it had a euro style 6 speed with the reverse on the far left side. idiot thought he was in reverse but was in 1st. he shot downward and almost hit a hydrant. phwew...

that's cool. In ontario, I believe it is unlawful to have a shiftknob if the shift pattern is not pictogrammed. Even if you have a sticker on the dash, that's not good enough. It has to be on the knob itself.

Yeah, when I drop off my car, I insist to drive it into the shop myself, including the hoist bay. There's one shop that I will trust to drive it (I know the owner pretty okay). Otherwise, I take my business elsewhere.

He released the RSX under the care of circuit city to get a navigation installed and while it was under their supervision it was taken, then crashed. Doesn't he have the right to be angry at circuit city?

bump for holding themselves accountable and putting a little extra cheddar in your pocket.

That's why my stereo guy is my driver for my tunes. Piece of mind is priceless.

Glad you got taken care of.
