Default Damn... stuuuupid mistake!

Slept two hours last night. Was on the phone heading toward the car. Didnt hang up and backed out while on the phone.
Stupid...
Didnt see the pillar and turned while backing out.
Had the car since 08. Never hit anything.. and bam...

Was very upset and got mad at myself.. after 20 min or so...
Carefully inspected the damage.
Only the fender and signal light cading is damaged.. of course the liner too...
But nothing else..
Headlight is scratch free.. and so as the front bumper or thr hood.
I brought my car to S. Korea.. and wonfer if it woulf be possible to get fender somrwhere any inputs are gratly appreciated.

Here is the damage!

Enjoy!

Ouch! Mistakes happen. Just gotta do nothing but focus on driving while driving in the future! Lesson learned I assume?

I did this about 20 years ago, and I never did it again... So yes, I think you will find that this is a lesson learned, and it won't happen again...

And as Recon says, it is absolutely fixable... Costs you a bit of cash, but you'll be back to where you were in no time...

This happened to me few years ago while I was driving my friend's car. I could tell he was mad but he was also cool about it since I told him I was going to fix the damage for him. Then few days later he ended up rear ending someone so I didn't need to get it fixed.

I have done this sort of thing before, fortunately not with my S2000. Key is learn from it...

As everyone has said, don't feel bad.

We had a two car garage that's huge, it could fit 3 cars but there's only two doors. The car in the middle was my S2000, it wasn't getting driven at that time, hence why it was in the center. My RSX was on the one side and someone else in the house had their car on the other. Long story short I had to back the two cars out IF I wanted to take the S2000 out then play Tetris wit the S2000 to get it out of the center. I was kind of rushing thinking I was clear one time and scrapped just edge of my fender on top of the wheel area where the angle is.

I was taking the car out that night to take my fiance out to dinner and when that happened I was so depressed I couldn't even enjoy my night, beating myself up about it.

I learned my lesson. Don't rush while backing/Tetris'ing your S2000 out of the garage.

Get that shit fixed and don't feel bad!

I've done something like this before in another car, although the damage wasn't nearly as bad. I got over it pretty quickly though. I think I am pretty quick to forgive myself for stuff like this. If someone else causes me damage though, damn, I'd be pissed for a really long time.
