I didn't realize a stock S2000 was capable of 161 mph. I thought the top speed ranged from 150-155mph....Excellent. Was she at 9,000 rpm in 6th gear when you reached top speed?

Hey, thanks.

I was looking to change gear at 9,000 and keep her going, but there was this slowpoke up ahead of me coasting along at about 75 mph, so I had to let off the gas. The car is so stable that you feel like you're standing still......fantastic machine!!

 

CDR...wait till you hit 5000 miles, than you will notice a much smoother power curve, and vtec will seem to wind out quicker.....thats where the real fun begins!
