It's simple physics really. The sun warms the surface of the car. Everyone knows that black cars get the hottest. The air around the paint become hot as well. Hot air is thinner then cold air- thus the reason for CAI's working better then regular induction systems. So, a black car has less air resistance then any other color, so all things being equal except for the color of the car, the black car will be faster due to less wind resistance.
Oh Dark Lord I beseech thee. I am one of those weird guys that visits sites that aren't about his car. A friend co-worker, day1si, introduced me this site. He told me about the gathering dark forces, and while he can't see the darkness, trapped is his Spa induced blindness, I can. I would like to join the dark side. My car is Schwarz II and has been been blacked out, windows, corner lights, side markers, grills, just about everything. I have seen the darkness and it is good. I am in sync with the 4 cylinder and the bliss of 27 mpg that comes with it. I do have two extra doors, can't turn 9 grand and have a fixed hard top, but would you accept a dark member in spirit? My car was built in the Black Forest, yours can't boast that!
Now, I haven't been offically asked to be part of this fray, but keep your spa-sorry light in the loafers posts to yourself. If you ain't black, go back. I may not be welcome here, but I know you're not. Isn't there some Partridge Family Reunion show or website you can go to and spend your time?
