The car burns oil for the first few thousand kms, check it often to make sure your not low.

 

Right! I know your car is used, ThaWyze1, but I've been reading about entirely too many people running their oil dry on their cars (and of course this isn't good). Some of the new owners aren't getting the message.

Keep your eye on the dipstick at every fill up and get a feel for the oil burn. Most folks have to top off pretty frequently. Even fully broken in engines will usually burn some oil, especially if you use VTEC a lot.

I may be called "Wyze", but not too smart with cars.... yet.

I just changed the oil in my car, so I can't tell where the oil level is at very easily with that funky dip stick. Mine is just a thin, round stick, not a flat one like in all other cars.

 

Things look very dark and here.

I think it needs to be brightened up a bit...
