Well, I have been to 9000rpm for the first time today and all I can say is WOW, I love the sound, and this thing goes like stink.

It is a sunny day here for the first time in about a week and I was even able to put the top down, all I can is this after two days of driving, I still like it.

 

Really sorry to rain on your parade. No flames intended. But I hope you are past the 600 mile break-in period. Otherwise you shouldn't really be revving the engine past 5500 rpm.
Read the owners manual.

I did buy it used with 7800 miles, and I gave it a complete fluid change. But thanks for your concern.

 

I took my new car bought with 6 miles on it up to vtech quite a few times before 600 miles. My car runs like a champ! I know yours is used, but just had to throw that in.
