I pay about three times as much as you for an S and a beater CRX. And I'm older than you, and also have a house insured through them. It all depends, mostly on where you live.
However, I will say that State Farm has always given me very good service.

i paid $350 per month & $1000 deduct w/ progressive....now i pay $480/6 months w/ a $250 deduct at State Farm
