It's only been a few days, but here's a quick update:
1. There are only 9 orders so far, we need at least 10 people going to get the discount
2. I can receive payments via paypal, which now accepts international payments in and from 26 countries:

This list includes Canada, Australia, and Japan - 3 of the largest S2K owner-base outside of the US.

I forgotten to mention one minor detail: If you live in CA, you'll have to pay sales taxes (currently at 8.25%). Sorry, but Gray Davis and Bill Jones won't let you nor I get away from paying that.
