1) it sounds like a good deal byself, MY02, 4300, 20K, definitely lower than retail

2) if you plan to mod, use some of the savings by getting 02

3) test drive 02 and 05 see if you can live with 02

Standard 3 years warrantee so I assumed since it was on 02' and we in 05' now so warantee is done. I would buy extended warantee if I buy the car. I got some kid coming to my house this Saturday to see my 93' RX7. If I sell it ($14K) then I would need the new S soon. I may just buy it for $20K... if she still has it.

One thing I would be a bit nervous about is the car has too *few* miles on the clock. Cars are to be driven and this car has sat a lot for possibly 4+ yrs. Do you know if the oil has ever been changed?
