Default Dealer Sticker's on YOUR S2000?

I've seen here for a while that some folks have dealer sticker's on their S2000's. Even at Rick's NorthEast meet, I beared witness to quite a few S2000's that had these.

I'm sure that the folks who have these are very happy with their dealers as they are clearly advertising the dealership. However, I'm curious to see what folks think about this!

I would prefer the license plate wrap arounds (if I was really satisfied with the dealership) versus the stickers on my car. . .what are your thoughts?

I made sure they removed the dealer stickers before I signed papers.

My car is not a billboard...and I'm sure the dealer wouldn't pay me for advertising. So, no stickers, liscence plates, keychains or anything else with any name but Honda (or S2KI site sponsors ) on it gets near my car.

So, is this something that is illigal in California. I have never seen a sticker or plastic emblem on a car from California. The closest thing are stickers in the window (that are easily removed) and licence plate frames. I would be pissed if a dealer put one on my car.

I informed my dealer, prior to the close of the transaction, that I did not want any stickers affixed to my car. They agreed. . . No problems. . .

I agree with the primary point 100 percent. Since they don't pay me advertising, I don't want their logos or ads on my vehicle. . .

Mine came with a cheesy dealer chrome plastic stick-on. I removed it along with the stock badges (replaced with Euro S2000 black H badges) at the same time. Within 2 minutes, that baby was off!!

I haven't seen the dealership stickers on cars from california - and I would not want them either. I do have the license plate frame, but I haven't found anything I want instead. Still hoping for a s2ki.com license plate frame.
