Hey! I haven't wrecked in over 3 yrs now.

Wrecking the S, even when you aren't driving the S, still counts.

To some people it's clean and smooth.
To some others it's too plain and missing something.
I don't know why S needs to be debadged. It makes sense when Neon gets debadged though.

i like the badges; i think they tie the ends together. w/o them there's just too much space between the [head/tail]lights and it looks too wide.

Why not? Do you wish it was something else?

Pride is an emotion. I'm proud to be an American. I'm proud of my children. I love my S2000, but I sure as heck don't impress anyone saying I own a Honda. The car is an outstanding value even though I paid MSRP nearly 5.5 yrs ago. But am I proud that I own a Honda? Hardly.

I'm not saying Honda sucks, but the only guys I know of that are "proud to own a honda, and go around strutting the fact (like it were a Ferarri) are 16-18 y/o "gangstaz" who cruise around with their primered 89 hatchbacks, primered body kits, mismatching fender and door panels and a big old fart cannon, doing burnouts (or trying to) in your local Wal-Mart parking lot just before flying by you at 95, hoping that they can max out at 110 before the road curves...

I'm not saying that you should be embarrassed that you drive a honda, but its not something to go around being proud about "aw, you drive a Mitsubishi, that sucks, I drive a mother effin' honda! suck on that!"

Honestly though, when people and girls ask me what I drive, I like being able to say "a honda", before I said that, I would say "an Infiniti" or "a Z06", and I didn't really like the kind of crap people would give me... At 21 & 22 driving a Z06 or even an Infiniti, I would have people and "so called" friends saying stuff like "his daddy bought them for him" or "He can't afford that, he's wasting all of his money on a car, because thats where he gets his self-esteem from" And crap like that pisses me off...

Cliff notes: don't be embarrassed that you drive a honda (even though Z4 and Boxter owners will talk crap), but don't think you're the sh!t because you drive a honda either. And don't think that you have to impress someone by what car you drive, impress them with who you are. Cause, dispite what all of the rap videos portray, you don't get a decent girl with a nice car...

If you like the debadged look, go for it, if not... its all good.
