Hi,

Thanks to some kind and over eager person putting their luggage in my beautifully looked after S2k there is now a tiny crease in the boot lid. Bag hit the boat lid as closed!



Anyone know where or if you can get hold of a boat lid liner to stop this happening again.

I haven't heard of a boot/trunk liner for the S. I have heard of the saddle bags from Muz, but I don't know if that would help.

 

Muz makes liners for the trunk now. I recall someone posting a website that also sells the liner, but I didn't save it because they didn't have anything I'd want. Maybe someone could chime in on that. Shipping from Muz in Australia is a bit pricey.

or just get a piece of chipboard(compressed wood chip), spray glue and wrap fabric around it(think of those run of the mill sub box)

the board would runs your 3 usd, the auto liner fabric runs around 7-9 dollar, the 3m fabric glue around 5 buck, plus bolt/ziptie/screw
