First let me say that I LOVE this site. It's rare to find such a large group that remains informative, insightful, mostly on-topic, and relatively flame-free.
Anyway, what do you guys figure a MY2000 with maybe 40k miles will be selling for in late 2002? I figure with the 2003's out making the car 3 years old, and with the seasonal depression in sports-car prices, that would be a perfect time for me to buy one. It also dovetails nicely with my personal finances. Thanks for any help,

Judging by what I've seen them selling for I reckon you can knock about $10K a year off it in depreciation for the first few years. That's Australian .... so that's about 5K USD.
