My 02' came with a Ti shift knob. I know it was a option.

 

Aluminum standard, titanium optional.

I feel like an idiot, I don't know if I have an aluminum shift knob or titanium. The previous owner claims it's titanium. Anyone happen to have pics between the two?

Btw I would like to know because I want to sell it and get another knob that will shorten the shift lever height.

 

They look similar but I know the titanium is heavier, I think? lol

I think it is slightly heavier. The titanium knob came with red lettering on top. Thats what I was told anyway. Someone verify???

Yea, work is not getting done on here. And I dont think it has red lettering, I thought thye all had black unless it's a custom job...

My MY03 came with the aluminum shift knob and it was leather wrapped (a small strip of leather wrapped around the middle of the knob), the Ti knob I bought as an option is not leather wrapped.

Ti knob
