...I did not do too well. I first show up to a parking lot full of 240sx/sylvias and like 1985 corolla's. they inspection guy says "an S2000, this is a first" I ran on my stock 16's with never used s02's, not my 18" bling blings. There were two corses, one was a constant right sweeper, then snap into a left and back about 6 times. I stayed in 1st the whole time to get wheel spin 6.5-9k. I was having a tough time but got it a little at the end of the session.

The second corse was longer and faster between 1st and 2nd gears. All in all it was a blast, but it would have been easier with a stretched rear tire set up, but I wanted to test the limits and the responce as if I were on the street. It was a great learning experience and worth the $80.00 to get in. I was put on by Club 4AG at Irwindale speedway in CA.

No flames about the s2 not being a drift car bla bla bla. this is my drift car, my drag car, my track car and my daily commuter, and I want to know how it handles in every situation, not buy a car for each situation.

<flame, flame, flame, blah blah blah>

Ok, got that out of the way. No seriously, I think it's cool you went to a driving event. I would the think the S2000 would be a bit difficult on the drift circuits. you should have swapped your rims/tires front to back to the rear end would break loose easier. I'm not positive that is possible w/ the offsets, but if it worked it would make drifting the car MUCh easier.

I had my first drift experience in an underground garage. So easy and really fun too. Oh and I didn't even hit any parked cars or pillars

Only one way to learn Vtechs2000, but perhaps I am taking your comment the wrong way, please clarify your statement.......

I have been to Nascar training, go kart training, snow training, and a few days under my belt on tracks. I'm not saying I'm fast or even good at all, but most drivers think they are better drivers than they actually are!!!!
