Default Did I pay too much for this car?

Sold my GTI 337 for an 2003 S with 17k miles. Mint condition, cert. Honda. They had a sticker on it for $28k and I got them down to $25,300 + tax/tag/title.

Good or Bad?

Ok, so I assume getting a car under KBB is good... and I'm picking it up tomorrow. don't have it yet. I'm sure I'll be happy with it.

Hi. I've been admiring the S2000 for years now and finally ready to step up to one. Was considering a brand new one but found a pre-owned '02 with 13,500 miles and they're asking for $26,200. It's looks to be in good condition and I already test drove it. That price seems a bit high after reading what others here are paying for their. How much do you think I should offer? Dealer said one previous owner with clean history. I'm in St. Louis area. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. You can reply here or email me at tmd_96@yahoo.com. Thank you very much.

Ops. Sorry. Newbie's mistake. I meant to start a new thread but ended up replying to this one.
