It isn't difficult to complete these fluid changes yourself. There are DIY's on this site that will help you out if you decide to go that route.

I have a 2008 with 7,500 miles. When should I change the following fluids: diff, trans, engine coolant and brake? The car is 3 years old and I think Honda recommends changing them based upon age (since I wont hit 30k for years). It just seems like overkill.
Let me know your thoughts.

I would say do the brake fluid because it is hygroscopic (water absorbing). I'd leave the coolant, trans, and diff alone for now unless you have some concern about the differential's health (which you shouldn't).
The transmission and diff take different socket/wrench sizes than the engine oil, and you need a simple hand-pump to re-fill them (buy at any auto parts store), but other than that they are very straightforward and easy to do yourself. Replacement crush washers for the diff and transmission are available very cheaply at the major online Honda parts sites or at the dealer.
