The material. The build quality. The fit. It's painted factory colours. Need more reasons to buy OEM?

^ That depends on who paints it. From Honda it comes painted and the paint will be more resistant to chipping (due to the paint process they use)

The replica is cheaper. You will have to get some hardware. Not hard at all really. And you will need to have it painted which really is completely dependent on where you take it. I got the OEM lip very recently from Honda and it looks great and has real nice fit and finish plus the paint matches. After I added it all up it really was not that much more to get the one from Honda.

Not always. I had my AP2 front bumper cover re-sprayed because it didn't match and the re-spray is waaayy more durable than the factory Honda paint. And I am the only owner so I was able to tell from the time the car was new.

To the O.P., I've heard some good feedback from people who have purchased the replica. Do a search and you can see for yourself.

The oem lip also has a rubber weather strip attached around the edges that the aftermarket ones don't come with.

That is probably the most important thing. The rubber strip hides any small issues in fitment.
