Hi,

in the discussion of thread https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...=&threadid=8129 I read that many of you are using 91 or 92 octane gas for their S. Here in Germany we use 98 octane gas , as recommended in the manual (the gas is called 'Super Plus' here).

Are there two different scales to measure how much octane gas has got? Or is 98 octane gas simply not available in the US?

It's nothing more than a different measurement scale. Actual octane levels for US and Europe premium are essentially the same. Someone else will give you a more technical explanation. Regards
