Default Differing s2000's by country.

There seems to be a lot of difference between the UK and U.S s2k's. EG, the Headlights on the UK version are standard clear, yet the U.S version has orange indicators. What is the power output of a standard U.S car. (The UK is 240 bhp). I ask this because I have a UK S2000, and my friend is considering buying a US import off ebay, and he would like to know of any major differences in the specs?
Before you say it, i know one is LHD and one is RHD.

Do you not have to have a rear fog light over there then?

Power output is the same = 240 bhp.
No rear fog, as mentioned.
More aggressive alignment specs.
Better Oil Banjo Bolts in 00-01 cars.

........thinking

Also, no headlight washers on the US models.

As the picture above indicates, the back bumper of a US market S2000 will have a smaller depression designed for mounting the smaller North American license plate.

Perhaps the front plate mounting points will be positioned differently as well?

US models do not have power passenger door unlock, which is standard in (at least) Australia.

US models do not have the Honda badge above the S2000 on the front fenders.

US models are exclusively Left-Hand-Drive, while models in many other countries are RHD.

US headlights have the amber corners required by our law, while foreign models have clear corners. (Sorry, this was a repeat, so I'll add a new one below.)

European models have self-leveling headlights.
