The difficulties of driving a lowered S2000
Ive been driving my Ap2 S2000 around and its lowered but not as ridiculously low as the other S2000s I see. I have rock chips in my black paint that im probably going to need to get repainted or touched up and a scraped up front bumper/lip that Im going to be replacing soon. How in the hell do you guys drive an S2000 that low with no scraping or anything? I mean my S scrapes here and there but not too much and a friend of mine had the nerve to tell me drop it lower lol I cant do it there is no way on gods green earth Im dropping my S any lower.
Learn to carve wide angles over bumps when necessary, and go slowly on roads that you're unfamiliar with. IMO, a little drop is fine but lowering a DD ridiculous amount is unpractical and annoying; If you find yourself constantly holding up other traffic or scraping all over crap it may be time to raise the car back up.
Also yeah, this doesn't really belong in the FI section.

Ill definitely be more careful and probably get some type of clear cover once I fix my front back up to looking brand new and sorry about the whole FI section thing im still newer to this site and don't really have everything down just yet.

Even on stock suspension you will scrape the front lip or even bumper if you're not careful. The long, low front end is very tricky to maneuver and most areas have some crappy roads somewhere.
You have to go over big dips, train tracks, speed bumps etc at a crawl in first gear with some angling if you have a lowered S. People might honk, but that's why you put on the "be patient I'm lowered" license plate frame.
