Daily drive - none. Almost 19k miles. (Fingers crossed)

 

I think the biggest factor to keeping dings away is where you park. My last car (and really the ones before that) was plagued with dings from week 1 of ownership but being much less anal about those cars than I find myself with my S I parked as close as I could find a spot to anywhere.

Now I get kidded by my wife for taking too long to find the "perfect spot" everywhere. That generally is as far from other cars as is possible and preferrably w/ a curb on 1 side. I know I'm not alone, there are tons of threads with people with my affliction

 

I had one removed... and I just found another one last week when I was washing my car little one .. but it's there and I know it.

 

I only got a couple dings, nothing major... but yesterday, a pebble hit my windshield and gave me a chip. I'm so sad!!

 

0 - 2.5 years

 

1 big ass one from a rock flying off a truck. Been too lazy to get it repair.

 

This is gonna hurt. The LIST (yes list, because people have NO respect):

1- in driver's door
4- in passenger's door
1- 4 inch crease in passenger's rear quarter panel (frickin' SUV)
...plus car keyed once down passenger's side. Able to have buffed out to 97% original condition, but I can find it if I look.

MY00......daily driver in a large city.....just under 65K miles.
