Are you sure your reservoir isn't pregnant? It looks likes a picture of an embryo from a science book.

All kidding aside, when you did the coolant replacement, did you use the same brand of coolant? Maybe it is a mixture of the old and new from the different colors of coolant?

Hahaha, it was of a different color before, and they put red coolant now. Does it need a flush? Also, is red good or is the Honda blue one better?

How long had it been since the prior flush? Unless you filled with water and flushed multiple times, then you did not get all the old stuff out so there will be some residual mixed in there. I assume the previous flush was done with either a premix or coolant mixed 50/50 with distilled or deionized water? Not tap water?

You are located in Italy? I juste searched the German Motul Homepage for this coolant:
https://www.motul.com/de-DE/products...MAL+-37%C2%B0C
The "OEM Performances" spec shows clearly that this is a VW G 12 / G 12+ Coolant type.

However, if i simply (!) use the "Wich oil for my car slelctor" on the Motul germany Homepage:
https://www.motul.com/en-DE/lubricants

It shows THIS coolant should be used for the S2000:
https://www.motul.com/de-DE/products...ERT+-37%C2%B0C

Wich has a total different chemistry. Here is a table wich coolant chemistry belongs in wich car:
https://i0.wp.com/pqia.org/wp-conten...eeze.jpg?ssl=1

While i am not the guy wich thinks that the engine will be harmend if you dont uses the OEM Honda blue coolant, i am baffled about the level of carelss acting from the person who changed the coolant and simply used the wrong Motul coolant. Anybody could use the Oil selector at the Motul homepage and become a good, valid reccomedation of Motul fluids for the S2000 in 1 Minute. Is this really to much work? How lazy could one be?

I am using this one in my Kawasaki and the S2000, it´s the special Japanese coolant formulation:
https://www.ravenol.de/en/product/ku...e-protect-fl22

Or use this one, it´s reccomended for Honda Cars:

It was green, and now it's red? You are okay.

Yeah, it's really sad. It is also a shop specialized in S2000...
