Overall size and girth probably don't matter that much.

Leg length is king in this discussion I think.

My trouser length is 34" long and I am a little cramped. I could do with 3 more inches in the footwell.

Anyone else want to give their lengths...No bragging now...!

Sam.

I'm 6'1" and 210, and I have a good 3" of headroom. My 01 is the first car in the last five years (I've had a 99 Miata and a 00 Subaru 2.5RS) that did not cause my right leg to fall asleep on road trips. I have to admit, the car felt a little confining at first, and I had to develop a technique for entry and exit (without wiping the side of my shoe on the inside of the door) but I've definately gotten used to it. Try one, you'll love it.

The only other problem you might encounter is the top of the windshield interferring with your seeing stoplights.

At 5'7" @ 240lbs. I'm a big character for this car, but it fits me just beautifully. I always take my wallet out though. It jabs me in the arse and I end up sitting on an angle.

I have to disagree here... I'm six foot + a couple of millimetres.
and the car is at the limit of leg room. Head room is fine. leg
room for anyone over 6' with a normally proportioned body
is going to find it slightly abnormal.
Most of the males in my family are taller than me and hate
the lack of leg room.

anyway... my 2 cents.

(by the way... I'm not complaining... just telling it how it is -
best way ... go down to the dealer sit in it and drive it.)

I'm 6'4" and even fit wearing a helmet.

I've always driven Hondas and Subarus no probs.

Ain't that the truth! I'm 6'3.5" and 240 and that's the main problem I have. My last car was a BMW Z3 and I actually have 2 more inches of leg room in the S2000. I've had my 2001 for a year and love it.

6'2" and 240 lbs. and feel very comfortable for any distance. Had a Miata before this and was in pain when I got out of the car. Of course I have relatively short legs for my height with a 32" inseam, but no one ever complimented me on a small butt. I put the seat all the way back, recline as far as I can, and then move the seat up a notch so it doesn't rub on the back. The seats are snug, but very comfortable for me. As everyone else said though, driving it is so enjoyable that you probably won't notice any discomfort. My first trip was 1700 miles and I never stopped because I was uncomfortable.

6' 3", 240lbs, no problem with fit or comfort. Tall people won;t like the passenger seat, though.
