Default Do I have Eibach's?

We just bought my wife an 04 Suzka blue. the car had 12,000 miles when we got and I discovered it has an eibach decal on the radiator shroud. I'm trying to decide if the car acctually has the springs on it or not. It seems a little low in the rear but not alot. I know my STi sits lower int the frontthan other stock STi's because I autocross and break very hard, so I wonder if it was maybe just driven hard and they have settled. I have only had the chance to put it next to a new one on the lot so I know there was no settling on that ca and the wheel gap difference was about half a finger on the fron and a whole finger in the rear. Sorry I didn't have anything better to measure with. I guess what I'm getting at is are there any markings on Eibach spring or the stockers that I can identify to knwo for sure. We plan on autocrossing teh car or I wouldn't care.

P.S the car was bought in north Atlant so if you know for sure let me know thanks.

my recollection is the color of the eibachs is different from the stocks- and i think when they are installed thats the only diff...
----
now that i think about it maybe they are the same color! black-
if so, i think that the only way to tell for sure would be to uninstall and measure!

you might also do a real measurement of the height from the inside of the fender to the ground- meaure it with a tape after checking your air pressure in the tires to make sure you have it correct. i have eibach springs on mine and could also do a measure.

Well the springs are black like the one I saw on the car still at the lot. I was just concerned beause of the decal and I have acctually had some one comment on the low ride height. Maybe they really have just settled?

I appreciate your response. Any other takers on the subject?

Is there any kind of marking or names stamped on them?

hmmmm something like VA/HA or something like that which indicates front or rears, but they're pretty small, so it's prolly hard to find them behind the wheels, although they're a lil bit thicker then stock springs tho

also the rear will look like it sits lower than the front and you will probably only fit 2 fingers in the wheel gap in the front........

Coincidentally, someone just posted a For Sale notice on an '03 GPW in Savannah, GA that has Eibach's and included a photo.... The change in ride height from stock appears to be pretty obvious.
