I believe they do NOT fit the S2000, can someone verify this?

I believe so. I was looking into those seats a couple years back. I talked with some reps from Recaro on the SRD seat at a car show in 2000. They said at that time that they would fit with rails.
I will still end up getting them eventually. You can always do custom rails if Recaro does not have them.
